Hospitality

Approve a room before the roll-out

Depending on the project, we start with a mock-up room: sheer, blackout curtain, track and finishes, installed in one of your own guest rooms.

  • You check light blocking, operation and overall look in real conditions before deciding.
  • The approved dimensions and finishes become the reference for every room.
  • The roll-out is then quoted based on the approved room.

Technical data and compliance

Fabrics with the documentation your premises require

Some projects, particularly in buildings open to the public and in hospitality, have reaction-to-fire requirements for textiles. For these projects, we offer fabrics backed by appropriate technical documentation.

For each fabric concerned, we send the technical data sheet and the reaction-to-fire report for that exact fabric, so you can attach them to your project file. Applicable requirements depend on the type of premises and their use: we tell you which fabrics are compatible with the context you describe.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you only work on large projects?

No. We quote for anything from a few windows to a roll-out across several dozen rooms. Unit prices decrease as quantities increase.

Can you send samples?

Yes. We prepare a selection tailored to your project, with the technical data sheets. Tell us about the venue, its use and the shades you have in mind.

Do you work with architects and fit-out contractors?

Yes, they are our main point of contact. We work from your drawings and specification, and supply the documents needed for your project file.

Do you offer fabrics with reaction-to-fire documentation?

We offer fabrics with reaction-to-fire documentation for projects that require it. The reaction-to-fire report for the exact fabric is sent with the quotation.

What is the production lead time?

Production from 2 weeks, depending on fabrics and quantities. The delivery time is given in the quotation, once we know the project and the delivery area.

Can you work from drawings?

Yes. Drawings, elevations, a measurement schedule or dimensioned photos are enough for an initial proposal. We then tell you which measurements need to be confirmed before production.

Do you offer site measurement and installation?

Yes, subject to the project and its location: site measurement and installation are organised with our partners, depending on the area. In all cases, we provide a measuring guide.
