The website collects data only through its forms and uses no advertising or audience measurement cookies; the data is hosted in France.
Data controller
Personal data collected on sepyatextiles.com is processed by Advimotion, SASU (simplified joint-stock company with a single shareholder), with a share capital of €10,000, RCS Paris 851 384 545, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris. Advimotion operates the Sepya Textiles brand. For any question relating to your data, email contact@sepyatextiles.com or write to the address above. Advimotion is not required to appoint a data protection officer and has not appointed one.
Data collected and purposes
The website does not require you to create an account. The data consists of what you enter in the forms and the technical data inherent in visiting a website.

Fields marked as mandatory in the forms are necessary to process your request; without them, it cannot be dealt with. Uploaded files must be limited to material relevant to the project: do not include any personal data about third parties that is not necessary.

Your data is accessible to Advimotion. It is disclosed to the following service providers, each only to the extent necessary for its task:

Your data is neither sold nor rented out. It may be disclosed to the authorities where required by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some partner curtain-making workshops may be located outside the European Union. Only the information strictly necessary for manufacturing and shipping is sent to them; each transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. Transfers to Google rely on the adequacy decision relating to the Data Privacy Framework. You can obtain details of these safeguards by writing to contact@sepyatextiles.com.
Retention periods
- Quotation, sample and contact requests that do not lead to a business relationship: 3 years after the last contact.
- Customers: for the duration of the business relationship, then 5 years after the last order (commercial limitation period).
- Quotations, invoices and accounting records: 10 years from the end of the financial year.
- Files uploaded to the configurator (drawings, photos): 12 months after the last activity on the project, then deleted.
- Technical server logs: no more than 12 months.
- Browsing statistics: kept indefinitely, as they are anonymous.
At the end of these periods, the data is deleted or anonymised. Backups are overwritten according to their rotation cycle, no later than 90 days after deletion.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. The data is stored on a server located in France, access to which is key-protected and restricted to Advimotion. The back office is password-protected. Daily backups are made. Uploaded files are checked for type and size before being saved.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not place any advertising or audience measurement cookies and does not embed any third-party tracking service.
- A single technical cookie, necessary for the security of the forms and for the back-office session, is placed. It does not require consent and expires when the browser is closed or after a short period.
- Browsing statistics are recorded without cookies or identifiers: they cannot be used to recognise you.
- The configurator keeps your project in progress in your browser's local storage, on your device, so that you can return to it. The project is saved on our servers only at the Summary step, when you click “Save and share” or upload a file; your contact details are sent only when you submit the form. The “Start again” button deletes the project from your browser; you can also delete the website's data in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability with regard to your data, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to it after your death. You may object to business-to-business direct marketing at any time, simply by email or via the unsubscribe link in our messages.
To exercise your rights, email contact@sepyatextiles.com or write to Advimotion, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris. We reply within one month; if there is any doubt about your identity, we may ask you for proof of identity. If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority): cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
